If the national plan you describe deemed that the Montgomery County Health Department was no longer necessary geographically, would you be willing to change locations...or perhaps professions? Clearly there will be provider casualties (appropriately so in many cases). I would like to hear concrete details regarding the steps necessary for a realistic transition to the system you envision. | |
