Has anyone (physician or other professional) had problems with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company disability claims, such as denial of benefits or cancellation of policies? Any cases in which NWM had to be taken to court to force them to pay benefits?

I believe that denial of physician disability benefits may be more widespread than we know.
